Barbie’s Stand-Up Routine at the New Braunfels Comedy Club
1. “Barbie Hits the Lone Star State”
Howdy, New Braunfels! Barbie’s in Texas, y’all! You know, I never thought I’d say this, but I’ve swapped my pink convertible for a horse. That’s right. Here in Texas, even the horses are bigger, but they told me there’s no saddle in my size!
2. “Ken’s Texan Transformation”
Let’s talk about Ken. In the Barbie Sequel, he tries to embrace Texas style. Bought a cowboy hat, but bless his heart, it kept sliding down over his eyes. He said, “Barbie, I can’t see!” I said, “Welcome to my world, Ken. I haven’t blinked since 1959.”
3. “Barbie’s BBQ Blunder”
I tried Texas BBQ for the first time. Thought I could handle the spice. Let’s just say, my plastic hasn’t recovered yet. And who knew brisket wasn’t a new type of yoga move?
4. “The Dreamhouse Dilemma in New Braunfels”
You know about my Dreamhouse, right? Tried bringing it to New Braunfels. But here, the houses are made of something called ‘wood,’ not plastic. And y’all, where do you plug in a pink plastic chandelier?
5. “Barbie’s Guide to Hill Country Wildlife”
Wildlife in Hill Country is wild! Saw an armadillo and thought it was a purse. When it moved, I realized, Texas fashion is more alive than I thought!
6. “Barbie Does the Two-Step”
Tried the Texas Two-Step. I was all set to dance, but then I remembered – my knees don’t bend. So, it was more of a Texas One-Step and Pose!
7. “Barbie and Ken’s River Adventure”
Ken and I went tubing on the Comal River. He worried about getting his hair wet. I worried about floating away! Turns out, being made of plastic has its perks in the water.
8. “Tex-Mex and Tiaras”
Tex-Mex cuisine is something else. I ordered a taco and it was bigger than my whole arm. And I thought, ‘Well, this is one way to get a plastic makeover!’
9. “From Malibu to New Braunfels: Barbie’s Cultural Shock”
Moving from Malibu to New Braunfels was a culture shock. I asked for a kale smoothie and they gave me a beer. I said, “What’s this?” They said, “It’s Texas kale.”
10. “Barbie’s Rodeo Roundup”
Went to a rodeo, y’all. They asked if I wanted to ride a bull. I said, “I’m brave, but I’m not ‘ride a bull’ brave!” I’ll stick to riding in my pink convertible, thank you very much!
